This is my essay encouraging a rebuilding of the family from the ground up, based on Nehemiah's rebuilding of the Jerusalem Wall. It calls us all to be laborers, and fathers to be heads of a sacred community.
The essay can be found in the Articles by the Author menu in the right sidebar of my holiness and reform website https://www.holinessofthebride.com.
You can read the full text of this piece on pdf here: https://www.holinessofthebride.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/His-Servants-will-Arise-2.pdf.

How do you describe "the Church"? Especially from the perspective from the Word of God! There are 4 points that can describe a great picture of the Church from the Bible. Such an encouraging message. Often times our churches are not completely these 4 points.

The worldview presented to us by the media and public school system is in stark contrast to the straight-forward reading of Scripture. How are we as Christians to respond? Unfortunately, all too often, we have compromised our own message out of fear and intimidation from the world of secular science. Once we begin tampering with the authority of Scripture, it is a slippery slope that leads to all kinds of problems, especially in the morality of our own children. Creation/Evolution & the Authority of Scripture gives an overview of the controversy and explains why it is so important to view the Bible as the final authority in all matters. This topic is foundational to all other discussions regarding Christianity and will greatly aid in strengthening your faith in the Word of God!
