The New Birth changed our spirit from darkness to light, setting it free from sin. To express this new life we must know the truth of God's Word - a spiritual mirror revealing what God has done in us. We are to RECKON our reborn spirit as risen with Christ far above all power, victorious over sin and death.

In this message Pastor Heather will be talking about FAITH… what it is and how it grows in us in times of uncertainty.
Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. Hebrews 11:1 NIV
Faith is to believe what you do not see; the reward of this faith is to see what you believe. Saint Augustine
Faith is deliberate confidence in the character of God whose ways you may not understand at the time. Oswald Chambers
Faith is different from proof; the latter is human, the former is a Gift from God. Blaise Pascal
All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance, admitting that they were foreigners and strangers on earth. Hebrews 11:13 (NIV)
The old saying goes, "It's not what you know but who you know." This is true in spiritual matters as well. Knowing about God is one thing, but KNOWING GOD is something altogether different!
