Michelle Hill has made radio a cornerstone of her broadcasting journey, with early experience in Chicago, Alaska, and her native Iowa. In 2005, she joined the FamilyLife ministry and played a key role in expanding FamilyLife Today® globally—later becoming the host of its weekend edition, FamilyLife This Week®.
Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, Michelle has mentored young women for over 15 years and co-developed Passport2Identity™, a discipleship tool designed to guide girls and women in finding identity in Christ.
Each weekend, her program features marriage, parenting, and relationship experts such as Dennis and Barbara Rainey, Bob Lepine, and Ron Deal. With engaging storytelling and solid biblical insight, FamilyLife This Week offers practical encouragement for faith-filled living, dealing with real pressure while pointing toward hope for tomorrow.
Her signature style blends grace, authenticity, and humor—with a few personal quirks: she loves snowflakes, mentoring women, and the color yellow.
